Our Del Día products are one-of-a-kind items made from 100% repurposed fabric. Creative employees in the Philippines have full creative control over the color combinations, meaning no two bags are exactly alike.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear sooner.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your gear. If you are not satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that Del Día items must be returned in their original unique colorway condition.

Does Cotopaxi offer a warranty?

Yes, we stand behind our products with the Guaranteed for Good program. We offer repairs, replacements, or store credit for any items that have defects in materials or workmanship for the duration of the product's lifetime.

How do I care for my insulated jackets?

We recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with a specialized technical detergent. Tumble dry on low heat with clean tennis balls to help restore the loft of the down or synthetic insulation.
