At Cotopaxi, we want you to love your Gear for Good; if your purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 60 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached to support our mission of sustainability.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method or an instant credit to exchange for a different size, color, or style.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original mailer or a reusable box, ensuring all old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and a notification once your refund is processed.
